1 4-5 ounce can deviled ham OR tuna or chicken (drained)

1 small can chopped green chilies, drained

1 small can chopped black olives, drained

1 tbsp dried chopped onion

1 package flour tortillas

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in the remaining ingredients. Spread mixture to cover 4-5 tortillas. Roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, slice about 1/2 inch sections.

**********HINT: When I slice these, I use a piece of dental floss.......Slide the floss under the roll to where you want to make the cut. Then simply bring the ends of the floss around the roll, cross the ends and pull in opposite directions to make a neat cut that will not flatten the roll like a knife might.
