Ellingson Purchases Countryside

Ellingson Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical owner, Shane Johnston (L) and owner of Countryside Heating & Air Conditioning, Jon Smalley (R).  Smalley will join the Ellingson team as part of the merger.

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. August 1, 2019 – Ellingson Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical announces their agreement to purchase Alexandria based Countryside Heating & Air Conditioning from owner Jon Smalley. The transition of operations will take place in August. Jon will continue his roll of serving customers by joining the team at Ellingsons. With this purchase Ellingsons will reach more customers in the community and offer Countryside’s current customers a wider range of services.
