Jeff Hess is the Executive Director at the Alexandria HRA, which recently moved into its new location at 809 Broadway St. in Alexandria. The new location offers a more professional atmosphere for employees to work in and meet with potential tenants and homebuyers. Bill and Jan Teschendorf are the new owners of Magpie located at 529 Broadway St. in downtown Alexandria. Though the new owners just took over in September of 2019, Jan has been working there for more than 14 years and knows the business well.
