(Alexandria, MN) Before noon Tuesday Minnesota State Troopers responded to a jacknifed semi on Interstate 94 in the westbound lane near mile marker 97. The semi was blocking both lanes of traffic in the westbound lane. State Trooper Jesse Grabow says traffic was re-routed to Exit 100. Both lanes have since been re-opened.
As of 2 PM, over a dozen crashes, spinouts, and vehicles sliding off of snow covered roads have occurred. The State Patrol and MnDOT encourage people to slow down, buckle up and keep your headlights on.
