(Alexandria, MN) A sophomore at Concordia College, Alexandria alumni Mattie Bogart wanted to make a difference in her hometown.  She texted and called friends to see if they would join her in a walk in support of black lives matter.  She listed out all of the requirements of the demonstration; encouraging people to make signs that do NOT bash white people or cops, carry messages of support versus hateful or political ones, and on and on.  Close to two hundred people took part in the walk that started at City Park Wednesday afternoon and made it all the way to Alexandria City Hall and back.  We caught up with the group as they headed out.   (VIDEO STORY BELOW):
