(St. Paul, MN)--Minnesota isn't as dependent on federal aid than most states. That's according to a new WalletHub study. It ranked Minnesota 30th based on two key factors: residents' dependency on federal funds, and the share of state revenue that comes from the federal government. Alaska was found to be the most dependent on federal aid, while New Jersey ranked dead last.
