(Alexandria, MN) Once again the Unity Foundation was able to present their annual Ernie Unruh Christian Service Award to a pillar in the community.  David McIver was perhaps the only person surprised that he was named this year's honoree.  His long-time leadership at PraiseLive, his work as chaplain for the Minnesota Twins and his prayer life for so many others were part of the reasoning the committee made the selection.  McIver was greeted by family and friends in the Broadway Ballroom as emcee of the event, Vern Anderson, announced his name.

The following video is his reaction as his name was announced.
