Two car crash

(Alexandria, MN) The State Patrol reports a crash that took place Thursday evening just after 6:00pm near Alexandria.

A Chevy Equinox was travelling west on 34th Avenue West in LaGrande Township. The Pontiac driven by a 21 year old Bagley woman was making a left hand turn from Nevada Street SW onto 34th Avenue when the vehicles collided.  The intersection is just to the southwest of the Alexandria Airport.  34th Avenue West is also part of State Highway 27.

The driver and a passenger in the Equinox, 63 year old Ronald Berneking and 60 year old Jolee Berneking of Farwell, along with the other driver were all taken to Alomere Health with non-life threatening injuries.
