(Alexandria, MN) Years ago local naturalist Gib Hedstrom stocked some mammoth bullfrogs on this little Taylor-Stony-Union chain. When Patty and Roy Wicken moved to Lake Taylor in 1986, they say the frogs would sound like cattle in the night. Patty says, "They were southern bullfrogs and eventually froze out and died off,...or so we thought!"  Her daughter Terri Paradis holds up a bullfrog that her son Cody found.
