(Alexandria, MN) The Runestone Museum held class Monday for some Alexandria Technical and Community College Students.  At the center of the biology lab class were bones…..of all different eras.  Museum director Amanda Seim says the group worked with bones found in the area. Most of them were discovered in the 1970s. They also discussed bones found in Lake Victoria in 2011.  Some of the bones looked at on Monday were as old as 12,000 years old.

Seim says this was a one-time lab for the students, but she hopes more people utilize the museum for learning opportunities like this.
