The 19th Annual Fargo Blues Festival begins tonight with Elvin Bishop as the headline act at 9:00pm.

Best known for his classic hit "Fooled Around and Fell in Love", Bishop was also one of the founding members of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band and played with the group for several years before continuing on with his career.
