Mindful Meditation is a proven practice through thousands of participant studies to transform your brain: minimizing depression, anxiety, anger, pain, grief, as well as maximizing well-being, joy, compassion and awareness. This 8-week course includes participation in experiential learning, periods of practice, and opportunities for dialogue and inquiry into the experience of mediation.
