This class is designed for those practitioners who want a complete and continuous flow class with minimal cuing or pose instruction. We will pair one breath with one movement and flow through the vinyasa sequences at a moderate and steady pace. No long pose holds or pauses to break down a posture. This class is for those practitioners who need to get on their mat and work it out through steady even movement. Because there will be minimum cuing or pose instruction a good understanding of alignment and asana is suggested. Wednesdays 12:05 to 12:50 pm. $15.00 drop in rate. At Yoga One Yoga One memberships will be honored.
