Supper Seminar - Physical Therapy for the Spine

Thursday, July 25, 2019 | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Waska Room - Glacial Ridge Hospital Lower Level

All of us have likely experienced low back pain at some point. Acute and chronic back pain can be very painful, affect daily function, and create feelings of stress, anxiety and fear. We want to find a solution to our pain and get back to our normal daily functions!

Hands-on manual therapy techniques can help improve motion and decrease our tissue sensitivity which can decrease our low back and nerve pain. Knowledge is also a key player in recovery! Angela Redepenning, PT, DPT is a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist and works with patients on spinal strength, flexibility, providing education, and movement for pain relief.

This seminar is FREE and open to the public. A light supper will be provided plus a chance to win a door prize. Space is limited, sign-up by Monday, July 22 by calling Joanna Curry at 320.334.5539 or register online at glacialridge.org/events.
