Many small to midsize businesses don’t have the budget for a human resource staff member; however, if they have employees, they still have a human resource need. Learn some tips to help combat this need at the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce’s Noontime Knowledge luncheon on Monday, November 18 from 12-1 pm at Broadway Ballroom.
In this power hour, guest speaker Natalie Remund will provide guidance on creating job descriptions, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and an employee handbook.
Remund is the Chief Business Development Officer for Multi Business Solutions. She has more than 10 years of management and training experience. She managed on-site and remote team members including 60+ direct and indirect reports. Since joining the Multi Business Solutions team, Remund has assisted small businesses with a variety of HR functions. Remund is motivated by Process Improvement and finding opportunities to help businesses be more successful. In addition to supporting small businesses with their HR functions, Remund also provides accounting support through monthly QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks online training and bookkeeping services to Multi Business solutions clients.
Noontime Knowledge is generously sponsored by Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union. The informative luncheons are held the third Monday of each month. Cost is $10 (includes lunch).
