A Douglas County Grand Jury returned a three-count murder indictment Wednesday against Kody Klimek. Klimek's charges are related to the June 1st stabbing death of Phillip Altstadt in Alexandria.

The indictment charges Klimek with two counts of 2nd degree murder. Alstadt died of a stab wound on June 1, 2013 near an apartment complex located on 6th Avenue East, near McKay Avenue in Alexandria.
