(Alexandria, MN)  "What do you want to do when you grow up?"  It's a question students hear all the time.  Recently the Alexandria Area High School hosted a Freshman Career Expo that will hopefully help them be able to answer it with more clarity.  9th grade students at AAHS are currently in the 9th grade Academy.  It is the first step for them to navigate toward a more personalized learning pathway; one that prepares them for a career that connects well with their interests.  The Expo gave them a chance to talk with a wide variety of business owners and employees from the Alexandria Area.  Those conversations were designed to help with their exploration of career options.  (The following is Joe Korkowski's story on the expo).
